Enjoying a good book?

Hi everyone hope you are all having a wonderful start to 2021!

Does the start of your new year include enjoying a good book, like my little friend?

 I sure hope so!  

The little book is one I just finished from bits and pieces of ribbon, lace, beads, jewelry, buttons and lots of embroidery. Each page is 4" square.

-The doll is an porcelain piece I made in a class many years ago.

The grandmother's flower garden piece is something I'm currently still working on.-

I was inspired to make my book from following the works on several Facebook pages. In particular Stitch Meditation and Slow Stitch Books-Ellen's Legacy. Both of these sites are great and I encourage you to take a look. They both contain lots of interesting ideas from so many talented folks.
