Unfortunately 2020 has not been a great year for traveling. However, I recently found myself away from home for a few days and I challenged myself to make something each day using only limited supplies. Off I went with a large size baggie of fabric scrapes, thread and a few odds and ends. No large stash to tempt or confuse me. Below are the projects I came up with.
Not perfect works of art, but a wonderful exercise in creating with what you have.
(Pieces are each about 5" X 7") I think of them as little sketches but with textiles not pen and paper. Hope this inspires you to create beauty even if your resources are limited.
