In mid-October I hosted Bee and I asked everyone to bring 6 candies (2 1/2" squares) for an exchange/challenge. Each member brought 6 candies and went home with 6 new candies and instructions to make a little something.
Above is a small pumpkin wall hanging I made with my new candies. For the first time I tried a little bobbin embroidery, fun!
(Bee: small group of quilting friends who meet regularly to sew, share and visit).Also, in the above photo; three new pieces using my collection of springs. See my past post on recycling (October 22nd) for more information about my springs.
